5 eggs
4 cup milk
1 generous cup all purpose flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Beat the eggs. Add two cups of milk. Beat. Add all flour, sugar and salt. Beat.
Add another two cups of milk. Stir. Let stay at least for half an hour.
Have 1/2 stick (1/2 oz) of butter melting in 11" x 17" pan. Bake at 450 degrees
for 30-40 min or until slightly brown.
Serve with maple syrup, jelly, jam etc.
